ENUGU — The Integrity Club Queens School Enugu has won a trophy for the best one-minute video clip on ‘My role in making a Nigeria of my dream’.
In the short clip presented by three members of the Integrity club Queens School, the girls advocate on singing the sound morals of principles, shunning inhuman or degrading treatment on any human being, and having zero tolerance for political apathy.
Queens Secondary School Enugu winner of the debate was awarded a trophy and other gifts for their sterling performance.
The video debate was organized by National Orientation Agency, NOA in collaboration with the Independent Corruption Practices Commission and other related offences, ICPC, and the office of the Secretary-General of the Federation.
The collaborative efforts of the trios established the Integrity Clubs in schools all over the Nation in a bid to instill integrity among the youths and engage them early in the anti-corruption campaign; in Enugu, the club has been established in 10 selected secondary schools.
Also, the club aims to encourage students to be good citizens and to put the country above personal interest.
Queens Secondary School Enugu competed with 9 other schools viz Government Secondary School Enugu, Independence Layout Enugu; City Girls’ Secondary School, Enugu; Metropolitan Girls’ Secondary School, Enugu; Urban Girls’ Secondary School, Enugu; Uwani Girls’ Secondary School, Enugu; Community Secondary School, Ngwo-Uno; Government Day Secondary School, Enugu; Girls’ Secondary School, Abakpa Nike Enugu; Annunciation Secondary School, Nkwo Nike.
