JOS — A Federal High Court sitting in Jos, the Plateau State capital has jailed a former Minister of Water Resources, Mrs. Sarah Ochekpe, former Deputy Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Plateau state, Raymond Dabo, and Evangelist Leo Sunday Jitung to three months imprisonment each.
The three had been standing trial for the past four years on charges bordering on conspiracy and money laundering.
However, the sentence has an option of a fine of N1 million.
Justice Musa Kurna delivered the judgment on Tuesday.
