United States President Trump announced Tuesday that telehealth services will be covered under Medicare so patients can access treatment while in self-isolation.
During a Tuesday White House coronavirus press briefing, the president announced that “Medicare patients can now visit any doctor by phone or video conference at no additional cost, including with commonly used services like FaceTime and Skype.” “Never used on a scale like we’re going to use it, telehealth,” Trump said.
This is a developing story.
