Following the inability of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) Boss Gida Mustapha to deliver his polling unit during February 25, Presidential and National Assembly Elections, the All Progressives Congress APC has suspended him from the party.
The APC Executive of Gwadabawa ward in Jimeta, Yola North local government area announced the suspension at a news conference.
Abdulkarim Nuhu Secretary APC Gwadabawa Ward who read the resolution of the Executive of the party alleged that SGF had to failed to contribute to the success of the party which resulted to loss of the unit to PDP.
He said the party executive at the ward level unanimously agreed to suspend the SGF from all activities of the party with immediate effect.
“Based on series of complains against him, the exco of the party from it’s ward decided to suspended him indefinitely-individual should not take themselves above the party that gave them a platform.”
Efforts to contact the SGF on the allegation proved futile.
