A team of debaters from Anambra state have traveled to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to represent Nigeria in an international debate competition in the Southeast Asian country. The team which arrived Kuala Lumpur last weekend was led by the Anambra State Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh.
According to the Anambra State debate coordinator, Mrs. Amaka Aniekwe, upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur last weekend, team Nigeria debaters are being coached and tutored in preparation for the competition. In her words, “international debate coaches which include; Nabila and Ankram, are currently handling the Team Nigeria, exposing them to the rudiments of international debate, ” she said.
The international debate competition would be held on Tuesday, August 8, in Malaysia and Team Nigeria represented by Anambra state would be squaring it out with others in a close debate competition.
Ebuka graduated with a second-class upper-division degree in Political Science from the University of Calabar in Nigeria. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Political Science with a specialization in Government and Development Studies from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Nigeria. His academic background and professional experience have equipped him with a deep understanding of political dynamics and governance issues.
