NewsNigeriaPoliticsTribunal To Deliver Judgement On Adamawa Governorship Election

The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal (GEPT) will on Saturday, October 28, 202,3 deliver judgment on the petition filed before it by the APC Governorship candidate in the 2023 elections in Adamawa state, Sen. Aishatu Ahmed Dahiru Binani against INEC, PDP, and Governor Fintiri of PDP.

According to the Secretary of the GEPT, the judgement will be heard by 9: a.m.

Before the fixing of the date, political space was dominated by social media critiques on what would be the outcome of the judgment.

According to some political pundits within and outside Adamawa state, the direction of the pendulum for the judgment is overt based on the presentation and submission of evidence by the counsels of parties involved and marked as exhibits by the tribunal.
