The political atmosphere in Rivers State is tense as four cabinet members have tendered their resignation letters to Governor Sim Fubara on Thursday 14/12/2023.
They are Commissioners for Finance-Isaac Kamalu, Justice-Zacchaeus Adangor, Works-George-Kelly Alabo, Social Welfare and Rehabilitation-Inime Aguma.
They stated that their resignations were personal, but some political pundits attributed the trend to political wrangling between Governor Aim and FCT Minister Wike.
