Prof. Bashiru Aremu, His Royal Highness (H.R.H) Duke of the Kingdom Of Atlantis in Singapore and Vice-Chancellor Crown University, USA, has charged African leaders on the need for exemplary leadership.
He talked about the need to promote unity among member states and youths mentorship for self-reliance, creativity and prudent use of both human and natural resources that God has blessed the continent with to ensure sustainable socio-economic development.
This was disclosed to journalists on Friday, in a press statement signed by the World Acclaimed Distinguished research Universities Professor and UNESCO Laureate, Sir. Bashiru Aremu.
Recall that earlier in the week on Monday, Joseph Nyumah Boakai was inaugurated as the new President of Liberia which shows his elevation as one of the Leaders in the African continent.
At the Nigerian Embassy in Monrovia, the entourage of the Management of Crown University International Chartered Incorporated, USA met with the presidential team of the newly inaugurated Liberia President, the unity of Africa and ways to restore its glory and economic progress was discussed.
The UNESCO Laureate believes that the new Liberian President, Joseph Nyumah Boakai will perform excellently as an African leader having emerged and was inaugurated.
Professor Aremu also used medium to decorate, honor HRH, Hashimi II Eikanemi with Global Golden Five Star Awards for his Pan-Africanism spirit and as a mark of respect for his hard work and relentless commitment to international education, especially towards the growth and development of Crown University International Chartered Incorporated USA.
The statement read in parts: “I, UNESCO Laureate, Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu hereby enjoin Africans in the entire continent to unite for greater benefits, economic advantage and development. Africa is the World’s second largest and second most populous continent after Asia. Africa is richly blessed with human and natural resources. The expertise needed to develop Africa can be sourced from other parts of Africa.
“I must commend all the finest African leaders present at the meeting at the Liberian Embassy in Monrovia of the Republic of Liberia with a mission to promote pan-Africanism and bring suggestions on ways to move Africa forward.
“I must congratulate the new President of Liberia, Joseph Nyumah Boakai for his successful inauguration. No doubt, he will make a good African Leader”.
“How can we unite? We can unite by showing leadership by example, mentoring, developing our youths to greatness, practicing pan-Africanism ideas in our politics and cultural movement as part of our history, establishment of good economic integration and continental parliaments and others.
