Hon. Obinna Ngonadi, former Commissioner of Industry and Commerce in Anambra State, has met with Peter Obi, the 2023 Labour Party’s Presidential Candidate in Abuja, the nation’s capital.
Dr. Ngonadi, an industrialist and accountant by training, was Anambra’s Commissioner for Industry until his resignation from Prof. Soludo’s government around midyear in 2023. Although his resignation was later trailed by controversies, it appears more than one year later that he must have since moved on.
Following his meeting with Peter Obi in Abuja, it is speculated that the meeting might not be unrelated to the 2025 governorship election and subsequently, the 2027 General Elections.
Dr. Ngonadi who wished rather not to disclose the details of his conversation with Obi, said his meeting with the Labour Party’s presidential candidate is not something for anyone to be worried about
