Mr.Birsan Penuel, Adamawa State Executive Secretary, Post Primary Schools Management Board (PPSMB) Yola dropped the hint during a visit to Daneyel Secondary School in the Girei local government area.

The Executive Secretary frowned at the attitude exhibited by some principals by abandoning their schools during official hours for other activities.

“Communities should report any principal or teacher that fails to avail himself for work,” he said.

Penuel explained that the State Government under Fintir led administration had invested heavily in education to ensure a conducive atmosphere for teaching and learning, hence the need for teachers to reciprocate the gesture and be dedicated to their duties.

Earlier, the village head of Daneyel, Alhaji Lawan Nuhu Abba commended the Executive secretary for taking bold steps to ensure sanity in the Board and urged him not to relent.
