Two days after he shared evidence of the undisclosed dual citizenship of the president-elect, Bola Tinubu, Investigative journalist David Hundeyin has been locked out of his Twitter account.
Hundeyin’s media platform, West Africa Weekly disclosed the development on Twitter

On Saturday, the self-billed “one-man hurricane” shared photos of a Guinean diplomatic passport bearing ‘Bola Ahmed Tinubu’ and the President-elect’s image on his Twitter page. The passport was issued in October 2015 and expired in October 2020.
He also shared a section of Tinubu’s EC-9 declaration form by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, wherein the President-elect indicated that he had no other citizenship except the Nigerian passport.
A few hours after Hundeyin made the post, the tweet was removed by Twitter for “violating the rules” of the micro-blogging site.
In the early hours of Monday, his Twitter account was locked temporarily for “posting private information”.
Checks by The West African Pilot News revealed that Hundeyin, a very active user of the micro-blogging site, last tweeted at 2:46 p.m. on Monday.
