Marlian Records boss Naira Marley and his henchman Sam Larry are out of police custody.
The artist and music promoter were freed on Friday after meeting their bail conditions.
A Magistrate Court in Yaba, Lagos State granted the duo a bail of N20 million on November 6.
The bail conditions, according to Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun, are for the suspects to provide three sureties and forfeit their international passports to the court.
The magistrate also ordered them to make weekly appearances at the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department in Panti.
Naira Marley and Sam Larry were arrested for allegedly having a hand in the death of Mohbad, Naira Marley’s ex-signee who passed away on September 12.
They were bailed to appear in court on 21 November.
