The Chairman of Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission, ENSIEC, Prof. Christian Ngwu has declared the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, winner of all the Chairmanship position in the 17 Local Government Area election held on Saturday.
Speaking after the collation of results, the ENSIEC Chairman applauded the conduct of the election saying that it was free and fair.
“We carefully collated and analyzed the results to ensure that there were no mistakes,” the Chairman said.
At the collation centre, no candidate of other parties was sighted; only PDP candidates and their agents were present at ENSIEC.
