The Special Adviser to Governor Chukwuma Soludo on Political Matters, Dr. Alex Obiogbolu, has commissioned over 312 solar-powered street lights installed by the Deputy Majority Leader and member representing Njikoka Constituency Two, Dr. Jude Akpua in the Anambra State House of Assembly.
The project was inaugurated at Etiti Village, Nimo, Ward One, in Njikoka Local Government Area.
Dr. Obiogbolu praised Dr. Akpua for his alignment with the Soludo administration’s vision for community development.
He described the lawmaker as a staunch supporter of the state government and a key figure in replicating Governor Soludo’s development agenda at the constituency level.
Dr. Obiogbolu noted that Governor Soludo’s administration has approved over 500 kilometers of roads with other projects he have embarked upon.
He urged the people of Njikoka to continue supporting both Dr. Akpua and the current government to ensure sustained development across the state.
In his remarks, Dr. Akpua, reaffirmed his commitment to equitable and efficient service delivery to his constituents, promising to continue initiating and executing developmental projects to bring the dividends of democracy closer to the people.
Dr. Akpua revealed that he had already installed over 350 street lights in Nimo, in alignment with the state government’s broader effort to illuminate communities across Anambra State, while assuring his constituents that similar projects would be extended to all wards within his constituency.
Commending the initiative, the Chairman of Njikoka Local Government, Barrister Chinedu Onodiba, and the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Chairman for Njikoka, Pharmacist Chinedu Aniekwe, lauded Dr. Akpua for his impactful representation, describing him as an exceptional legislator dedicated to replicating the governor’s vision in his constituency.
