In view of impending discharge of water from Dadin-kowa Dam, Hadeja-Jama’are River, River Kamodugu, and Lagdo Dam in Cameroon Republic, the Yobe State Emergency Management Agency Agency, (SEMA), has issued an early warning flood alert to 11 local governments.
