The Islamic State of West African Province (ISWAP) jihadists blew up three power transmission towers on Thursday morning, the second explosion in a week. An officer of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, simply identified as Nurudeen was killed in the fatal explosion.
