To cushion the effects of economic hardship occasioned by COVID-19, Senator Aisha Dahiru Ahmed Binani, representing Adamawa Central Senatorial zone in the National Assembly has distributed 42 Tricycles popularly called Keke Napep to her constituents as palliative.
Represented by one of her aide Hajiya Aisha Abdulrahaman Abba Jimeta, Senator Binani charged the beneficiaries to ensure judicious use of the Tricycles and improve their livelihoods and that of their families.
“COVID-19 has impacted negatively on the lives of majority, therefore handle the Keke Napep with care so as to improve your livelihood economically”. She added
Adamawa APC Chairman, Alh. Ibrahim Bilal while presenting the keys and the Tricycles to the beneficiaries lauded Senator Binani for making APC proud in the state.  ” As the only APC Senator from Adamawa we are very proud to call you our own especially with this empowerment coming again in less than a Month after your last empowerment”. He said
On his part, former Adamawa speaker Adamawa State House of Assembly, Alh. Hassan Turaki who spoke on behalf of the elders of the zone commended the Senator for good representation at the National Assembly.
“This is the third time I am being invited for empowerments by Senator Binani within the span of one year, no one needs a soothsayer to be told Senator Binani is a great asset to Adamawa state, I therefore assured her of our maximum support whenever and wherever the need arise”. He said.
