A Twitter user, identified as Oge Kings, has reported that the son of his late landlord demanded about N100,000, a goat, and other items from him for his father’s burial.
The young man allegedly shared the letter on social media following the trending letter purportedly written by the Olu of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Akanbi asking the Osun State government for money for his wedding to a Kano princess.
According to the Kings, some of the itemized things expected of him as a contribution for his late landlord’s burial include a cash sum of N100,000 a goat, 16 kolanuts, and a host of others.
Sharing the letter addressed to him on Twitter, Kings captioned it, “You never see anything sef. My landlord just died and his son wrote a list of items that I will give to him as his tenant for his burial rites.”
