Following repeated calls on the Federal Government to resolve the dispute with the ASUU, the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) is holding protests across the country in solidarity with ASUU.
The nationwide protest was over the lingering strike of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
Students in government-owned universities have been at home for five months because of the strike.
