Two housemates, Christy O and Cyph, were evicted from the Big Brother Naija Season 7 on Sunday.
The two housemates were earlier nominated for eviction last Monday alongside three other housemates, Phyna, Amaka and Khalid.
The duo became the first housemates to be evicted from this year’s reality show.
Christy O and Cyph’s exit from the house came a few hours after another housemate, Beauty Tukura, was disqualified from the show after getting a second strike for having a conflict with fellow housemate, Groovy, on Saturday.
The 23-year-old lawyer had registered her annoyance at Groovy, her love interest, for dancing with Chomzy, the housemate whom she doesn’t consider her friend during Saturday night’s party.
Meanwhile, two new housemates were added to the show.
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the host of the ‘Level Up’ BBNaija show, unveiled the new housemates, Rachel and Chizzy, during the live eviction show on Sunday.
According to him, the two housemates identified as ‘riders’ are agents of Big Brother or Biggie, the instructive voice behind the show, noting that the duo cannot be disqualified but are not eligible to win the show’s N100 million grand prize.
