Level 1 and Level 2 housemates of the ‘Level Up’ edition of the Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) reality TV show have been merged, bringing an end to the separate levels.

The show host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, made the announcement during the live eviction show on Sunday, which featured a thrilling performance by the Kukere crooner, Iyanya Mbuk, known by his stage name, Iyanya.

The merger followed the eviction of Kess and Pharmsavi from the show.

The two housemates alongside Groovy, Amaka, Daniella, Modella, Chizzy were nominated for eviction last Monday by Eloswag who became the head of house (HoH) for week four after winning the head of the house game for the second time.

However, Chizzy and Modella are not real housemates and were not meant to be evicted, leaving the rest of the five housemates to battle for viewers’ votes.

After getting the lowest votes for the week, Kess and Pharmsavi had to leave the show.

Following the eviction of Ilebaye, Khalid, Christy O, Cyph, Kess and Pharmsavi, and the disqualification of Beauty, 17 ‘real’ housemates are battling for the grand prize of N100 million.

While Deji and Modella are fake housemates who are just in the house to entertain viewers and can’t be voted out by viewers until Big Brother walks them out of the house; Rachel and Chizzy are riders who will participate in every game, but can neither win nor be evicted.
