Amaka was evicted from the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality TV show on Monday.
Big Brother had asked all the housemates to nominate two housemates each for immediate eviction.
As the house rules state, no housemate is allowed to reveal the names they put up for eviction to anyone during their course of stay in the house.
Amaka and Doyin got six nominations—the highest—followed by Adekunle who was nominated five times.
Hermes and Chizzy got four nominations each while Chizzy and Rachel had three apiece.

- Phyna – Adekunle and Hermes
- Daniella – Hermes and Chichi
- Amaka – Chomzy and Giddyfia

At the end of the exercise, Amaka was evicted from the show, which had fans querying why Doyin wasn’t evicted as well since the two housemates got six nominations each.
Clarifying the decision, the organisers of the show in a tweet via its verified Twitter page, said Deji’s nomination of Doyin and Hermes did not count because he is a fake housemate.
The tweet read: “As they are not real housemates, Deji (Fake), Rachel (Rider) and Chizzy’s nominations were not counted towards tonight’s eviction.”
