Supporters of the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) have heaped praises on Peter Obi for his performance at Chatham House yesterday.
Obi was a guest at the United Kingdom’s foreign and policy think-tank institution to discuss his vision for policy and governance reforms in Nigeria, including the priorities for tackling deep-rooted insecurity and corruption, and measures to promote social and political mobility for Nigerian citizens.
Following his interview, many Nigerians, especially his supporters have praised him for his forthright response to questions rather than delegating questions directed to him to members of his team.
The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, during his appearance at the Chatham House on 5 December, delegated some questions directed to him to some members of his team.
Femi Gbajabiamila, speaker of the house of representatives, and Nasir El-Rufai, governor of Kaduna State, were part of the team members that answered questions on Tinubu’s behalf.

Peter Obi performance at Chatham House a few hours ago was brilliant, superb, and excellent. I think this is one of his best performances in the global stage so far.
You need to go and watch, especially questions and answer sessions.

No wonder Peter OBi @PeterObi is referred to as stingy…
How can an intelligent man just control the room and answer every question thrown at him without sharing with LP stalwarts who were there with him.
Such a stingy man at Chatham House. Who else loves this stinginess? pic.twitter.com/WgV8WSl7TJ

I can't help but appreciate Peter Obi's knowledge of comparative politics. It is a strong advantage!
And his knowledge of statistics is always an interesting sight.

Nigerians should be thankful to HE Peter Obi for going to clean the mess made on Chatham House platform by BAT. He showed the difference between a presidential appearance at a town hall and a drug barron's balablu. pic.twitter.com/UADa8VCcSj

There was a monumental disgrace at Chatham House by the APC few weeks ago.
Today, Peter Obi has restored the pride of Nigerians. We are not a mediocre people!
