Apostle Johnson Suleman, the founder of Omega Fire Ministries, has tasked Nigerians to protect their votes during the forthcoming general elections.

In a post on Twitter, the cleric urged Nigerians to ensure that they exercise their franchise during the elections and protect their votes by taking photos and videos of the events at their polling units to avoid rigging and other manipulation of the election result.

He said this measure became necessary given how badly the country has been run for the past eight years, and the lingering petrol and naira scarcity.

“This coming election will be a deciding factor for generations unborn, we have never had it so terrible, especially this past few weeks,” Apostle Suleman tweeted.

“Go to your polling unit and vote, wait for it to be counted, get it all captured and recorded, and let’s see how they can lie to us with figures.”
