The Labour Party (LP) would challenge the results of the presidential election held on 25th February, 20123 in court.
Datti Baba-Ahmed, the Vice Presidential candidate of the Party, said the ruling party, All Progressives Congress (APC) violated the Constitution and irregularities to win the presidential election.
APC candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was declared the winner of the election by the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof Yakubu Mahmood.
