Ayodeji Balogun, the Nigerian singer professionally known as Wizkid, has announced the postponement of his much anticipated ‘More Love, Less Ego (MLLE)’ tour.

In a post on his social media pages on Wednesday, Wizkid said the development was due to logistical issues.

Although he did not give details on the new dates, the singer said already purchased tickets remain valid for the new dates at the respective venues.

He wrote, “Due to unforeseen logistical circumstances the Wizkid – More Love, Less Ego Tour has been postponed to Fall 2023. All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled shows will be honoured on the new dates at the respective venues. Stay tuned for more information.”

The ‘MLLE’ North American tour had earlier been scheduled to run from March 3 to April 7, after Wizkid announced the 20-city tour named after his fifth album on November 16, 2022.
