An Ibadan-based journalist, Baba Bintin, has been reported dead after he slumped on his way to work on Saturday morning.
The ace radio twins, Komolafe Olaiya and Olalomi Amole announced his death on air yesterday.
According to the duo, the radio presenter with Ibadan-based private radio station, Fresh FM Nigeria, was trekking from the Amuloko area where he lived to Ayefele Music House, Challenge, Ibadan, Oyo State capital, as a result of his inability to get cash for transportation to the studio.
Olaiya and Amole had ended their Saturday morning programme, Oyin Adun 20 minutes ahead of time after they received a call about the medical emergency of Baba Bintin.
The late presenter usually gives updates on markets in the state on the Oyin Ado programme on Fresh FM on Saturdays.
