The immediate past governor of Rivers State has been announced as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, succeeding Mohammed Bello whose tenure elapsed on May 29.
The announcement was made by Ajuri Nglale, the special adviser to the President on media and publicity on Wednesday.
