The remains of former Comptroller-General, Nigeria Customs Service, Ahmed Aliyu Musdafa, who died in Abuja on Thursday at the age of 76, were buried in Yola, the Adamawa State capital.
The Chief Imam of Modibbo Adama Central Mosque, Yola, Kahdi Ahmadu Bobboi, led the funeral prayer (Jana’izza) of the late CG Customs, who holds the traditional title of Sardauna Adamawa, which took place at the Lamido’s Palace, Yola.
The deceased was survived by a wife and four children.
Meanwhile, sympathizers are trooping into Lamido’s palace to condole His Royal Highness, Lamido Barkindo Aliyu Musdafa, who is a brother to the deceased.
