Nigerian President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has confirmed that all the 38 worshippers of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) at Oke Isegun in the Eruku community, a boundary town with Kogi in the Ekiti LGA of Kwara state abducted by bandits have been rescued.
The president further said 51 abducted pupils in Niger state have also been recovered.
In a statement posted on X, on Sunday, Tinubu said that the country and its people will be protected under his watch, adding that he is closely monitoring the security situation nationwide.
