Aviation engineering company AVIC-KDN is showcasing its full range of airport and airline solutions at the Nigeria Air Show, which opened Tuesday in Abuja and will run until Thursday, 4 December.
AVIC-KDN is participating as a major sponsor and exhibitor. The company stated that its presence reflects its commitment to supporting Nigeria’s efforts to strengthen airport infrastructure, improve operational standards, and enhance overall aviation efficiency.
“This is why we opened our Abuja office in 2024,” said Tim Chen, VP, AVIC-KDN. “Being in Nigeria allows us to collaborate earlier and more effectively with airport authorities on compliance, operational efficiency, and new service opportunities.”
AVIC-KDN is exhibiting in Hall 1 at Booths A16–A19, A28–A31, and B8–B11.
Its global partners present at the exhibition to showcase their Air Traffic and Airport Management Systems include Guangtai (Airport Ground Support Equipment), Pteris Global (Integrated Airport Logistics and Facility Equipment), Siyuans Aviation Technology (Airside Solutions), Civil Aviation Electronic Technology Co. and EMMA Systems (Airport Systems), Sunon (Airport Seating and Terminal Solutions), China Express (Airline, MRO and Training Solutions) and Nanjing LES (Air Traffic and Airport Management Systems).
The company views Nigeria as a key aviation market and believes the sector has the potential to expand its economic contribution through improved airports and enhanced airline operations.
