Former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Olisa Metuh, has been appointed to the Directorate of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors (RHA), a political mobilization structure working towards the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The appointment was announced on Friday by the Director General and National Coordinator of the group, Governor Hope Uzodimma.

According to the organisation, the Renewed Hope Ambassadors was set up as a nationwide platform to promote the achievements of the Tinubu administration ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a statement signed by Tunde Rahman, Director of Media and Publicity of the RHA, the group said: “President Bola Tinubu had in November 2025 designed the RHA as the vehicle to disseminate the activities and achievements of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the administration to every part of the country in a build-up to the 2027 election campaign.”

The RHA leadership structure includes Senator Uba Sani, Governor of Kaduna State, as Deputy Director General, Governor Mohammed Inuwa of Gombe State as Secretary, and Hon. James Abiodun Faleke as Deputy Secretary.

The group also unveiled its zonal, state, and local coordination structure, which it said would ensure nationwide coverage of its mobilization activities.

According to the statement, the organization is structured into six zonal coordinators, 37 state coordinators, and 774 local government coordinators nationwide.

The RHA also announced the composition of its 16 directorates as follows:

  1. Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi – Youth
  2. Chief Olisa Metuh – Organisation & Mobilisation
  3. Mr. Tunde Rahman – Media & Publicity
  4. Mr. Sunday Dare – Digital & New Media
  5. Mele Kolo Geidam – Finance
  6. Muiz Banire, SAN – Monitoring, Compliance & Legal
  7. Bisoye Coker-Odusote – Technology & Data
  8. Abubakar Rabiu Abubakar – Support Groups
  9. Ibrahim Garba – Intelligence
  10. Senator Sani Musa – Special Duties
  11. Hon. Simon Karu – Planning
  12. Dr. Halima Suleiman Zakari – Welfare
  13. Dr. Nnamdi Maurice Mbaeri – Administration
  14. Bilikisu Muhammed Kaika – Women Affairs
  15. Abike Dabiri – Diaspora
  16. Hadiza Bala Usman – Research & Innovation

The group said the directorates were designed to strengthen coordination, communication, and mobilization across different sectors of society in support of the Renewed Hope Agenda.

With the appointments, the RHA said it is positioning itself as a nationwide structure to project government programs and engage citizens ahead of the next election cycle.
