The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) has declared a state of emergency on Passport issues in the country. Acting Comptroller General of the service, Caroline Adepoju, who announced this on Friday during her working visit to Lagos, said there was an urgent need to address the challenges faced by Nigerians in obtaining international passports.
