Ray Hushpuppi (Real name Raymond Igbalodely ) is the Nigerian ‘big boy’ known for the luxurious lifestyle he has lived in the past years. The 38-year-old has over two million followers on Instagram where he would announce his extravagant lifestyle by the hour.
He was however nabbed a few days ago in Dubai at his apartment Pallazo Versace along with his entire team by the security agents in the Uncited Arab Emirate. While this event is still making headline news, WAP reliably gathered that an upper class of Nigerian elites and celebrities are panicking over their dealings and closeness to the disgraced celebrity.
Hushpuppi case has been referred to the Dubai Public Prosecution at the Bur Dubai section who are intensively investigating and compiling indictments. As at Friday, June 26, he has been charged with obtaining money from others through fraudulent means, WAP gathered. But WAP reliably learnt that UAE investigators are collaborating with security agents of unspecified countries, gathering names of fake companies and trails of financial transactions for his prosecution.
