Following the lifting of ban on all contact sports including football, commencing from Monday, 19th 2020, Adamawa United Football Club has commenced preparations for the 2020/2021league season.

Already, an eight man committee to screen players for Adamawa United and Adamawa Queens Football Clubs has been constituted.

A statement signed by the Chairman Adamawa United Football Club Mr. Emmanuel Zira indicated that the screening committee for the male team, Adamawa United has Isa Ladan Bosso as Chairman while Kissinger Bukar will serve as secretary.

Other members are, Justine Madugu, Joshua Stephen, Bello Ibrahim, Anderika Iyalkson, Abdullahi Jaringol, and Pwavi Moline.

Those to screen Adamawa Queens Football Club are Festus Murray as Chairman while Jawarti Friday Jankati to serve as Secretary.

Other members include Ahmed Usman, Dadeino Hehman, Sunday Ibrahim, Baba Ajuji and Ali Tijani.

The statement explained that the screening which will last for 14 days exercise is to commence on October, 26th 2020, pointed out that screening of Adamawa Queens is to recruit players for participation of Nigerian Women Premier League for 2020/2021league season.
