The former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has been named as chairman of the People’s Democratic Party’s six-member National Reconciliation Committee.
Other members of the committee included Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Pius Ayim; former Governors Liyel Imoke (Cross River), Ibrahim Dankwambo (Gombe), and Ibrahim Shema (Katsina); as well as former House Minority Leader, Mulikat Akande.
This was disclosed in a tweet on the official Twitter handle of the party by the National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, on late Monday.
Also, on Monday, the PDP National Working Committee inaugurated a new state executive committee for the Ebonyi State chapter of the party.
The event was presided over by the Deputy National Chairman North, Senator Suleiman Nazif.
