The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the timetable for the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) Examinations.
The tertiary examination board added that the UTME would hold from Saturday, June 5 to Saturday, June 19, 2021.
The examination authority said registration for the examinations will start on Thursday, April 8 to Saturday, April 15, 2021.
The board added that there will be no extension of time for the sale of the UTME/DE application exercise.
The board made the announcement on Wednesday in a statement signed by its Head of Public Affairs and Protocols, Dr. Fabian Benjamin Wednesday.
According to the statement, the Governing Board of JAMB took the decision after its meeting on March 22, 2021.
The statement added that applicants will have to supply their National Identity Number (NIN) before they can register for the examination.
It added that the use of NIN was compulsory for participants in the 2021 registration exercise.
It maintained that registration will take place in 700 Computer – Based Test Centres nationwide.
