Leadership in Africa as a continent has dwindled so badly. In fact, some confused thinkers and career motivational speakers are now importing all sorts of unverified theories to justify decades of leadership woes that are currently eating up the governance structures in most countries in Africa. One of such theories is this perception that having younger leaders might bring about the needed change. So, this video is a few reflections about the misconception between age and leadership.
