The Chairman of Berom Youth Movement, (BYM), Vwang District, Barr. Emmanuel Mandung has confirmed the release of Gwom Rwei of Vwang.
Recall that the Gwom Rwei of Vwang, Da Gyang Gutt Balak was abducted by some suspected bandits on his way back home in Vom last Sunday around NIPPS kuru, Plateau State.
“To God be the glory, we appreciate you Lord for the safe return of our Paramount Ruler.
His Royal Highness (HRH) the Gwom Rwei of Vwang Da Gyang Gutt Balak who was kidnapped yesterday around NIPPS kuru.
“We are indeed grateful to Almighty God for his infinite Mercy for protecting the life of His Royal Highness.
“We from Vwang District appreciate you all for your prayers and the show of love you demonstrated during this trial moment. Come and join us celebrating the wonderful work of God upon us.
“He is back strong, healthy and congratulations to all of you,” Mandung said.
It was learnt that the community had trooped out in search of their paramount ruler by combing the bushes and mountains leading to his successful rescue.
