A Nigerian women’s liberation and empowerment advocate, Olabisi Ekwueme Ajai has lamented about infidelity on the part of women.
Taking to her Facebook page, the UK-based Nigerian raised alarm over the rate at which some women who are engaged to be married still sleep with their ex-lovers; thereby, giving birth to first-born children who turn out to be illegitimate children of their husbands.
Decrying the trend, she advised women to stay away from other men once they are about to get married.
“The rate of firstborn children being ‘illegitimate’ children of the husband of the mother is unfairly high in my opinion,” she wrote.
“Dear women, if you are getting married, kindly stay away from other men! Would you want your son to be dealt with this?” She added.
