ILORIN — The Kwara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has arrested AbdulKadir Bolaji, 41 years old, and two other suspects for alleged burglary incidents in Lakele community, Oro in Irepodun Local Government Area of the state.

In a statement, the spokesperson of the command, Babawale Afolabi, said that three suspects and others now at large were responsible for numerous cases of burglary and theft that had become rampant in the area.

According to the statement, Abdulkadir was said to have been parading himself as a soldier before his arrest.

The other suspects are Olalekan Adeniyi (32) is said to own a shop where stolen items are allegedly displayed and sold to unsuspected buyers as Tokunbo (fairly used) materials, while Dare Ajiboye (31), who claims to be a deejay, was also working as a sales boy at Olalekan’s shop.
