Veteran Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde is of the opinion that there are still good marriages despite the ugly and discouraging stories about marriage flying around.
Her marriage counsel came following the death of popular gospel artiste, Osinachi Nwachukwu who reportedly died due to domestic violence.
Omotola preached that there are still good marriages, noting that the numerous stories of bad marriages that hit the news does not mean that there are no longer good marriages out there.
According to the post shared on her Facebook page, she said, “I know that there are many horrid stories about marriages that screams loud.
“But I don’t know who needs to hear this…fear not.
“For every bad marriage that makes the news, there are over a thousand very loving and prosperous marriages that don’t.”
The accomplished actress and her husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde have been married for 25 years and they are still counting.
