The Mayor of Dallas, Eric Johnson, has conferred honorary citizenship on Peter Obi, Labour Party’s presidential candidate.
The event took place in Dallas, the United States on Tuesday.
Obi had met with the Mayor, his team, and a group of Texas judges.
Taking to his social media pages, the presidential candidate shared some photos of the occasion with the caption: “Today in Dallas Texas United States, I met with the Mayor of Dallas and his team.
“I had the privilege of being conferred with the honorary citizenship of Dallas. I also met with a select group of Texas Judges.”
