Prof. Charles Soludo, Governor of Anambra State governor has appointed new members to the state Housing Development Corporation Board and the Anambra State Board of Internal Revenue.
A press statement on Friday signed by the Press Secretary to the governor, Christian Aburime noted that the governor approved the appointments to strengthen the activities of the state departments
The former deputy governor to former Governor Peter Obi, Engineer Emeka Sibeudu was appointed Chairman of the State Housing Development Corporation Board while Mr. Richard Nwora Madiebo: Chairs the state internal revenue board.
“Soludo has approved the appointment of the underlisted persons as members of the Board of Anambra State Housing Development Corporation: H.E Engr Emeka Sibeudu, Chairman, Dr. Obiora Walter C. Walter-Eze: member, HRH (Arc.) Jonathan O. Okpalaezecha, member, Chief Leon Mezue, member, Barrister Ikechukwu Onyeabor, member, Mr. Emmanuel Okey Okafor, member
The statement noted that Governor Soludo approved the appointment of the following persons as board members of the state internal revenue board, Mr Richard Nwora Madiebo:, Chairman, Dr. Greg Ugochukwu Ezeilo, Executive Director, Dr. Christian Madubuko, Executive Director and Mr.Benjamin Anierobi Okafor, Executive Director.
It is expected that the alleged ghost revenues that had been causing fracas among certain groups in the state would be checked with the new appointments
