The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested 17 suspected internet fraudsters in a sting operation in Enugu.

Upon arrest, two exotic cars, 26 mobile phones and four personal computers were recovered from the suspects.

 

The suspects are: Okechukwu Emmanuel Onah, Ezuma Emmanuel Nnaemezie, Onodugo Godfrey Oji, Ojioche Miracle Nzesinachi, Okii Nnaemezie Emmanuel, Ojioche Tochukwu Collins, Usulor Chukwudi Reuben, Thaddeus Ebuka Jude, Okoloeze Chibuzor Emmanuel, Ani Francis Chinaza, Ani Arinze Daniel, and Amos Obasi Ozoemena.”

“Others include: Ani Moses Nnamdi, Thomas Joshua Ekene, Ani David Charles, Ezike Kingsley Chinecherem and Nwose Chinedu Peter,” tweet @officialEFCC.

The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigation is concluded.
