No fewer than 110 persons have been prosecuted by the Adamawa State Police Command for their involvement in looting public and private warehouses in Jimeta, the twin state capital of the state capital.
Adamawa State Police Command Spokesman, SP Suleiman Yahaya Nguroje, who confirmed this said the suspects were charged for carting away both food and nonfood items from the warehouses.
SP Nguroje explained that security agencies have recovered many of the items, while the investigation is ongoing to apprehend more suspects and recover the stolen items.
