The First Lady of Nigeria, Oluremi Tinubu has welcomed the Supreme Court’s verdict on the election of President Bola Tinubu, her husband, saying it is the “Lord’s doing.”
Pilot Need reports that the Supreme Court, last Thursday, aligned with the presidential election petition tribunal and affirmed Tinubu as the winner of the presidential election in February
At a Tuesday political rally in Imo State, the First Lady told a mammoth crowd of the ruling All Progressives Congress [APC] supporters that the court gave her husband a “clean bill”.
The rally was the Imo State APC women’s campaign for the re-election bid of Governor Hope Uzodimma in Owerri, the capital city of Imo State.
“You can see, the court has already given my husband a clean bill and we believe that this is the Lord’s doing and it is marvelous in our eyes,” Mrs. Tinubu said.
