According to eye witness accounts, trouble started yesterday evening when members of the Police Force enforcing the restrictions on Okada usage in the evening throughout the state, met resistance from Okada riders who refused to comply with the state’s directive on Okada restrictions. This then led to gunshots that unfortunately killed an Okada rider.
