LAGOS — The General Overseer, of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, (RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye says he will never endorse any Politician, Party, or engage in Partisan Politics but pray for the growth of the nation.

Pastor Adeboye during a special Thanksgiving Service held at the Church National Headquarters, Ebute Meta, Lagos, dissociated himself from partisan politics, while reacting to insinuation in some quarters over alleged endorsement of political candidates and parties.

“I have never been a politician and I will never be because it is not my Calling, my calling is Pastor. And my responsibility is to pray for you, my Nation, Nigeria, and other nations of the world”.

“They are, ” Prayer for Peace in Kaduna, those engaged in Oil theft, and Debt Payment” and prayed that God should expose them all,” he said.

He however stressed the need for eligible Nigerians to have their Voter Cards and vote for credible people in the next year’s general Elections rather than shifting the blame on the Leaders.

Pastor Adeboye called on the government to ensure the security of lives and property across the country to guarantee hope that the 2023 elections will hold without any hindrance.

Pastor Adeboye who decried the level of poverty, increase in insecurity and rate of public debt owed by the government, pray God to intervene in the Nation, maintained that his calling still remains pastoral, and he would continually pray for Nigeria and other nations across the globe.
