Following the conduct of primary elections of the House of Representatives of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State, the chairman of the electoral committee, Prof. Ahmad Yushau, has announced the winners of the election.
The chairman, while making the announcement, said the election was conducted in accordance with the party guidelines, the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the electoral acts.
Yushau said those that emerged victorious and will represent the party in the forthcoming general elections are:
1. Hon. Aliyu Boya Wakili — Fufore/Song Federal Constituency
2. Hon. James Barka — Gombi/Hong Federal Constituency
3. Hon. Nyampa Dauda Zakaria PhD — Michika/Madagali Federal Constituency
4. Engr. Ramatu Bello — Mubi North, Mubi South & Maiha Federal Constituency.
5. Hon. Kwamoti B. Laori — Numan Federal Constituency
6. Hon. Suleman Ahmed Gangkuba— Jada/Ganye/Mayo Belwa/Toungo Federal Constituency
7. Hon. Golfa Mallam — Guyuk/Shelleng Federal Constituency
8. Engr. Ahmad Salihijo Ahmad— Yola North,Yola South /Girei Federal Constituency
